The CEO Weekly Reset

The CEO Weekly Reset

Before you jump into another busy week, give yourself a minute to figure out what actually deserves your attention.

The CEO Weekly Reset is a simple weekly business-planning tool designed to help entrepreneurs slow down, review what happened, check in with their business, and intentionally decide what comes next.

Because running a business isn't just about doing more.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is review, reset, and refocus.

Use your Weekly CEO Reset to look back at your wins and misses, check your numbers, be realistic about your capacity, and choose the priorities that will actually move your business forward.

Use your reset to:

• Review last week — acknowledge the wins and identify what didn't go as planned.
• Complete your CEO Money Check — review revenue, expenses, outstanding payments, and money tasks.
• Check your capacity — plan according to the time, energy, and focus you actually have available.
• Choose your Big 3 — identify the three priorities that matter most this week.
• Review revenue, marketing & customers — make sure the areas that keep your business moving aren't getting lost in the busywork.
• Delegate, automate or delete — identify tasks that don't need to keep taking up your time.
• Complete your CEO Checkout — reflect on challenges, lessons learned, progress, and what you're proud of.

Perfect for you if...

You start Mondays already feeling behind, your to-do list keeps growing faster than you're completing it, or you're spending so much time working in your business that you rarely stop to actually look at how you're running it.

And remember: a reset isn't only about business planning.

It's also about recognizing when you need to slow down, protect your time, and create boundaries between your business and the rest of your life.

You don't have to control every minute of the week ahead.

You just need to know what matters when the week begins.

Review. Reset. Refocus. Run your week with intention. 💚
